Child Safety Standards

Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

Lets is an app for making spur-of-the-moment plans with friends, operated by Proxigo LLC (“Proxigo”, “we”, “us”). This page is our published standard against child sexual abuse and exploitation, as required by Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. It applies to everyone who uses Lets, on every surface of the app.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. There is no warning, no strike system, and no second chance for it. Accounts involved in CSAE are terminated, the content is removed, and we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.

1. Lets is an adults-only app

Lets is rated and operated for people 18 years of age and older. Our Terms of Service require every user to confirm they are at least 18 when they create an account. Lets is not designed for, marketed to, or intended for children.

If we learn — from a report, from our own review, or from any other source — that an account belongs to someone under 18, we terminate that account and delete its data. If we learn that an adult has used Lets to contact or target a minor, we treat it under the zero-tolerance rules below.

2. What is prohibited

The following are strictly forbidden on Lets, whether in a feeler (invitation), a message, a profile, a photo, a display name, or anywhere else in the app:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, or other depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including computer-generated, edited, animated, or AI-generated depictions.
Sexualization of minors — any content that sexualizes, eroticizes, or presents a minor in a sexually suggestive way, including text, emoji, or coded language.
Grooming — befriending, building trust with, or manipulating a minor, or someone presented as a minor, for the purpose of sexual contact, sexual content, or exploitation.
Sextortion — threatening to expose intimate imagery of a minor to coerce money, further imagery, contact, or any other thing of value.
Trafficking and solicitation — advertising, soliciting, arranging, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a minor, including any attempt to arrange an in-person meeting with a minor for sexual purposes.
Trading, linking, or seeking CSAE material — sharing links, off-platform contacts, coded terms, or requests intended to obtain or distribute such material.
Enabling or promoting any of the above, including normalizing or glorifying sexual interest in minors.

For these purposes a minor is anyone under 18 years of age, regardless of the age of majority where they live.

3. How we prevent CSAE

Age gate. Accounts are 18+ only, and users confirm their age at sign-up.
No open discovery. Lets is not a stranger-matching service. Feelers reach the audience the sender chooses — friends, friends-of-friends, or a Crew — and the exact meeting location is revealed only to people the organizer has confirmed.
Report and block on every surface. Any user, feeler, or conversation can be reported or blocked directly from the app.
Human review. Every report alerts our team immediately and is triaged, with CSAE reports handled first.
Community rules in the Terms. Section 5 of our Terms of Service prohibits sexual content involving minors and any sexualization or endangerment of minors, and states that we report it to authorities.
Enforcement across accounts. When we terminate an account for CSAE, we take reasonable steps to prevent that person from creating a new one.

4. How to report CSAE

In the app: open the profile, feeler, or conversation and choose Report. You can also Block the user, which immediately cuts off all contact between you.

By email: write to our child safety contact at proxigollc@gmail.com with the subject line Child Safety Report. Include the username, what you saw, and roughly when. Please do not send suspected child sexual abuse material to us — report that directly to NCMEC (below) and to law enforcement.

Reports are confidential. You don’t need a Lets account to email us, and you are not identified to the person you reported.

If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (911 in the US).

In the United States, report child sexual exploitation to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. Outside the US, contact your national hotline or a member of the INHOPE network.

5. What happens when we receive a report

CSAE reports are prioritized ahead of all other reports and reviewed as quickly as possible.
We remove the content and, where the report is credible, suspend the account immediately while we review.
Confirmed CSAE results in permanent termination of the account.
We preserve the relevant account records and content as required by law, even though ordinary Lets content is otherwise purged when it expires.
We report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as required by US federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and we respond to and cooperate with valid law enforcement requests.

6. Legal compliance

Proxigo LLC complies with applicable child safety and CSAE laws in the jurisdictions where Lets is available, including US federal reporting obligations to NCMEC. These standards are intended to meet Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. Nothing on this page limits our obligations under law.
